Mr. Liu is a highly skilled and self-motivated Oracle professional with over 16 years experience in Oracle
Technology including 12+ years in database design and administration. He has provided database cost
effective solutions to the clients including Sprint, Global One, Cable & Wireless, and numerous of
government agencies.
Mr. Liu has a MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of
Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the National Taiwan University of
Science and Technology.
